Vision problems are quickly becoming a common disease in this day and age. With an exponential increase in the number of hours we spend in front of a screen, the phenomenon comes as no surprise. Even children are spending more time in front of computer or TV straining their eyes for no reason.
There are many reasons behind eyesight weakness; the most common is uneven lifestyle, watching TV without blinking, working on computer for long hours, fewer nutrition diets, hereditary disorder etc.
Nevertheless, here we are discussing some natural tips and remedies to get rid of glasses and improve your eyesight rapidly. These remedies are very common and influential. After using, eyesight would improve significantly and you would be grateful to Ayurveda.
Try these home remedies for strengthening your eye muscles and improving your vision.
Remedy No - 1: Take 100 g of almonds, 100 g of fennel seeds or saunf and 100 g of sugar candy or mishri. Grind all these together to make a coarse powder and store in an airtight jar. Have 2 tsp of this every night with a glass of warm milk, and make sure you do not consume anything after that.
Remedy No - 2: Soak about 8-10 almonds at night. In the morning, peel the skin and grind to a paste. Have this along with a glass of warm milk for a few months. Wash about 6-8 amla and roughly chop them. Put in blender, squeeze and stain to extract juice. Mix with some honey and drink daily.
Include carrots in your diet on a daily basis, either in the raw form or as juice.
Besides the above, follow these simple tips to exercise the eye muscles. Splash cold water on your eyes every morning. Rub your palms together till they feel warm, then press them on closed eyes. Light a candle and observe it, shut your eyes slowly and open them again. Repeat this about 5 times.
